  2. Include your registered email address and DHS Student Number in the request.
  3. Confirm that you understand account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account:

  • All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
  • Any active subscriptions or services will be canceled.
  • Transactional data required for legal purposes (e.g., invoices, purchase history) may be retained as required by law.

Processing Time:

  • Requests are processed within 7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted.
