Elizabeth Reynolds, Having received a master of Science of Degree in Oral Biology from the University of Washington in 1987, Betsy has reinforced her love of the microbiological aspects of periodontal therapy by maintaining teaching position emphasizing the dental sciences at numerous dental and dental hygiene schools. She has practiced dental hygiene for over twenty years.

Currently, Betsy resides in the Denver, Colorado area where she is an
associate professor in the dental and dental hygiene departments at the
University of Colorado providing clinical instruction in dental hygiene technique
and nitrous oxide sedation. She lectures extensively throughout the U.S.A.
on inflammation and immunological responses, advanced instrumentation
technique, biologic basis for disease prevention, current dental therapeutic
modalities, community dental health issues and oral pathological concerns.
Additionally, Betsy has autored several articles on disease processes and
periodontal therapy.

Living in the Rockies with Besty are her husband and best friend, Mike, and
their two basset hounds, Ernestine and Lucky. When not dry land, Betsy
loves to explore the undersea work=lds afforded by scuba diving.
